Terms and Conditions

1. All tuition is offered and given in good faith. There can be no guarantee that the student will achieve any given grade or mark in any examination whether public or private.
2. During and throughout the tutorial there shall be a responsible adult (parent or legal guardian) within earshot of both the student and the tutor.
3. The tutorial shall take place within a workable area with sufficient light, materials and furniture to enable learning to take place. No television, radio or mobile phones or other device may be used during the tutorial.
   
4. All tutorials become payable once a verbal agreement has been made regarding the date and time of the first and following tutorials.
5. No charge shall be made for the initial exploratory interview.
6. During the initial interview the student and parent (or legal guardian) shall present and able to give their assent.
   
7. All tutorials shall take place at the premises of the parent or legal guardian of the student at the agreed time and date.
8. If the tutorial is canceled by the parent/legal guardian within a period of 2 hours prior to the agreed time and date, a fee shall become payable, in a sum equal to the price of one tutorial. This fee shall be settled before any further tutorials may be arranged and fulfilled.
